NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Have Hope Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 9 November at 6pm in Pakenham. The following committee positions will be declared vacant and open for nomination: President Vice President Secretary Treasurer Three General Committee Members Nominations Candidates must be nominated and seconded by a current committee member prior to the AGM. Please note: Nominations will not be accepted on the night of the AGM. Where more than one nomination is received for a position, a vote will be held at the AGM. Making a difference is so easy. It can be as simple as packing a box, or sorting out a delivery of food from a supplier, or lending a helping hand to another volunteer.
Providing delivery assistance, or if that is not possible helping one of our delivery drivers pack their vehicle, so they can set off on their way. There are so many ways to make a difference …
